Open Call for Poster Presentations

Poster presentations offer a dynamic, visual way to share your research, clinical insights, or programmatic work with colleagues across the EMDR community. We invite clinicians, researchers, and practitioners to apply to be a Poster Presenter at the 2026 HAP® Conference.

Appropriate topics could include the results of a case study highlighting a unique application of EMDR therapy, the findings from research on evaluations of components of the EMDR Protocol, or details of a Trauma Recovery/HAP project and/or response by the Trauma Recovery Network®. Each poster should focus on one central issue, clearly state a guiding question or hypothesis, and deliver a concise, meaningful take-home message.

Posters are designed to spark conversation. Effective posters use visuals, such as diagrams, graphs, and tables, to guide attention and communicate ideas clearly. Presenters will be available at designated times to discuss their work, answer questions, and exchange ideas with conference attendees; posters will remain on display throughout the Conference.

If you’re eager to share your work, learn from peers, and contribute to the collective knowledge of EMDR therapy and humanitarian practice, we encourage you to apply.
